What is an Exercise Physiologist?

Accredioted Exercise Physiologists (AEP) are specialists in musculoskeletal injuries, dealing primarily with rehabilitation and strength and conditioning.

Exercise Physiologists deliver exercise and lifestyle programs for healthy individuals and those with a broad range of chronic conditions. This includes but is not limited to; one-to one sessions, exercise and program development, and health and wellness advice.

At North Beach Exercise Physiology, we play a vital role in helping injured workers recover and return to work safely and confidently. We have a gym on-site to take our clients through the exercises so they are moving safe and supervised.

Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists specialise in designing and delivering individualised, evidence-based programs that support physical recovery, improve function, and reduce pain.

We understand the challenges that come with a workplace injury and take a collaborative approach, working closely with GPs, insurers, employers, and return-to-work coordinators to ensure every client receives tailored care that meets their specific needs and goals.
